According to the images, Oppo’s tracker sports a round puck shape and features a USB-C port for charging. However, Samsung and Apple’s trackers rely on CR2032 batteries which give battery life ranging for several months. The Smart Tag will also offer UWB (Ultra Wide Band) connectivity which brings more accurate location tracking information compared to Bluetooth tracking.
Oppo is holding a launch event on May 6 in China where it is expected to bring new Smart TV, OPPO K9, OPPO Enco Air, and a new Oppo Band.
