Xiaomi had famously launched the Mi 11 Ultra with support for 67W fast charging earlier this year, but the phone ships in India with a 55W fast charger. First teased by the company earlier in May, the Mi 67W SonicCharge 3.0 Charger Combo is offered in a single white colour. Xiaomi's India is promoting the new charger as the “one charger to fuel them all” meaning it can juice up multiple USB Type-C devices.
The new charger has been priced quite aggressively in India at Rs 1,999 and can now be purchased from the company’s website, Mi Home stores, and other major brick-and-mortar stores across the country.
The launch of Mi 67W charger is great news for the Mi 11 Ultra users as it is the only Xiaomi smartphone in India that supports this fast charge technology. The charger is certified by Qualcomm to offer the Quick Charge 3.0 technology. It has built-in surge protection to meet all the quality, safety, and reliability standards.
As the name suggests, the charger provides an output of 67W with an input of 100-120V. It is a BIS certified charging accessory that features a polycarbonate body. It supports charging speeds including 5V at 3A, 9V at 3A, 20V at 1.35A, 20V at 3.35A, and 11V at 6.1A (V = Voltage, A = Ampere). The charger, which comes with a six-month warranty, has a two-prong design and the connectors are not retractable. It is quite compact and has an all-white design with orange accents on the USB ports.
