How to link Aadhar Card to UAN (Universal Account Number) via official EPFO eKYC website

The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) subscribers have time till August 30 to link their Aadhaar card with the Provident Fund (PF) accounts.

Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has made it mandatory to link Aadhaar Card with PF UAN (universal account number) to get PF contributions from the employers. The EPFO Aadhar link will make it easier for employees to withdraw funds or transfer funds from the EPF account when they leaves a job. The UAN Aadhar link can be done conveniently through both offline and online methods. The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) subscribers have time till August 30 to link their Aadhaar card with the Provident Fund (PF) accounts. One can follow the steps mentioned below to link Aadhaar with EPF account online:
Steps to Link Aadhaar with EPF Account
Step 1: Visit the website.
Go to the official portal of EPFO website https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/

Step 2: Click Link UAN Aadhaar
Login to account using UAN and password. One will be redirected to a new page, from where one can select “Aadhaar” to link with your EPF account.

Step 3. In the “Manage” section, click on the KYC option.
Put in your UAN number and it'll automatically fetch mobile and details. Click on “Aadhaar” and enter Aadhaar number and name as per Aadhaar card and click on the save option.

Step 4: Click on generate OTP and put it in Confirm OTP
Once saved Aadhaar details, the user's Aadhaar will be verified from UIDAI’s data. Put in aadhaar and enter the captcha.

On successful approval of your KYC document, one will successfully be able to link Aadhaar with EPF account and one will find “Verified” written against your Aadhaar details
