The report comes only days after the device acquired the BIS certification in India, as well as the NBTC, EEC in Russia, and IMEI clearance. The camera specifications for the device have been leaked online. It is rumoured to have a main camera with a resolution of 12.6MP (effective) and EIS capability. It's most likely a 50MP sensor. An ultra-wide-angle lens, a macro lens, and a depth sensor could also be included on the phone. The handset will include a 4MP (effective) camera at the front, which will most probably be a 16MP sensor.
In other reports, Realme appears to be developing the Narzo 9i, a rebranded version of the Realme 9i aimed at the Indian market. The RAM/storage and colour options for the handset were shared by 91mobiles. The Narzo 9i is supposed to be available in Prism Blue and Prism Black colours. It will come with 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of internal storage, which can be expanded with a microSD card. It could sport a 6.6-inch full-HD+ 90Hz display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC, triple camera configuration with a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP secondary lens, and a 2MP tertiary sensor, a 16MP selfie snapper, and a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging, if it is truly a rebranded Realme 9i.
