Samsung Galaxy A53 5G appears on NBTC, FCC platforms; may launch soon

In the following week, Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S22 series of premium phones. According to reports, a couple of new A-series handsets, including the Galaxy A73, Galaxy A53, and Galaxy A33, will be released in different markets by the end of this month or in March. The Galaxy A53 has been sighted at NBTC and FCC certification sites ahead of its speculated debut.
The NBTC certification has listed the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G with the model number SM-A536E/DS (dual SIM). The FCC has approved the SM-A536E/DS and SM-A536E (single SIM) models. According to the FCC listing, the handset may come with a 25W charger. It also discloses that the smartphone is equipped with 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth, and NFC connectivity options.
Last week, the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G was sighted at the Bluetooth SIG certification. Last month, the device was sighted at China's TENAA certification, where its full specifications were unwrapped.

Samsung Galaxy A53 5G comes with a 6.46-inch AMOLED panel with full-HD+ resolution. It most likely has support for a high refresh rate. It's thought to be powered by the Exynos 1200 chipset. In TENAA's database, the phone has 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage.

A 5,000mAh battery appears to be inside the device. It will most likely offer 25W rapid charging. It is expected to run on Android 12 with One UI 4.x. It could have a 32MP front-facing camera for selfies and a quad rear camera setup with 64MP + 12MP + 5MP + 5MP sensors.

In some markets, the handset is expected to be available in variants such as 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. It will be available in four different colours: black, white, blue, and orange.
