After the success of Ulefone’s large battery, rugged phones like Power Armor 13 and Armor 12 5G, the company is now looking to unleash a new Armor X8i rugged smartphone. This is the latest entry to the company’s Armor X series. However, the new rugged smartphone features an identical design. There are still differences in the hardware and software specifications. Here’s a look at its design and features and see how it is different from its predecessor.
Ulefone Power Armor X8i Pricing
The pricing details have not been released for the Ulefone X8i as of now. According to the company’s website, the earlier model, Ulefone Armor X8 comes at USD 159, which is approximately Rs 11,708. Compared to this, Ulefone Armor 9 comes at USD 549.99, which is approximately Rs 40,503. While the range between the two is old models are high, it is expected that the new Ulefone Armor X8i may be launched at a cost in between the two.

Ulefone Power Armor X8i Specifications

Ulefone Power Armor X8i is powered with MediaTek MT6762 SoC. It is coupled with an octa-core processor, 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. However, there is also a provision for expandable storage for up to 288 GB. In addition to that, it sports a 5.7-inch large display, which offers a vivid viewing experience to its users.

Speaking of the camera specifications, the new Ulefone X8i houses a 13 MP primary sensor and a dual-sub camera. An 8 MP Selfie camera resides on the front for selfies and to facilitate the face unlock feature. Flawless and quick payments are also possible to make with the NFC. In addition to that, quad navigation systems offer easy and precise navigation. The smartphone is IP68/IP69K certified. The new smartphone offers dual 4G LTE, which runs Android 11 OS.
