Garmin Vivosmart 5 fitness tracker has been released in India. The wearable features heart rate monitoring, body battery energy monitoring, stress tracking, and other functionalities.
It also offers women's health tracking, step count, calorie count, intensity minutes tracker, sleep, and blood oxygen level tracking.
The Vivosmart 5 may last up to 7 days on a single charge, according to Garmin. The fitness tracker was first released in the United States in April this year.

The Garmin Vivosmart 5 fitness tracker flaunts a 0.73-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 88 x 154 pixels. According to the company, the small model fits wrists with a circumference of 122-188mm and the large variant fits wrists with a circumference of 148-228mm. The smart wearable features a Garmin Elevate heart rate sensor, a pulse oxygen saturation sensor, an accelerometer, and an ambient light sensor, among other sensors. Garmin has not supplied an IP rating, although customers are not required to remove the band when swimming. The Vivosmart 5 is compatible with both Android and iOS devices.

Heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen tracking, improved sleep monitoring, stress tracking, and women's health tracking are some of the health monitoring capabilities on the Garmin Vivosmart 5. Body Battery Energy Monitoring is another feature, in which the tracker tracks your body's energy levels throughout the day to determine the best durations for activity and rest.

The Hydration Tracking feature on the Garmin Vivosmart 5 tracks the wearer's daily fluid intake and reminds them to stay hydrated. Users can also set an auto hydration goal that adjusts based on the amount of sweat they lose during their activity. Respiration Tracking is another function that indicates how the wearer breathes during the day.

The Fitness Age feature on the Garmin Vivosmart 5 takes into account the wearer's chronological age, weekly intense exercise, resting heart rate, and BMI or body fat percentage to determine if their body is younger or older than they actually are. According to the brand, the smart fitness tracker provides advice on how to reduce their fitness age.

The wearable provides stats on steps, calories burned, distance travelled, and support for gym activities and other sports are also available to users. Bluetooth Smart and ANT+ are two of the Garmin Vivosmart 5's connectivity features. The fitness tracker, according to the manufacturer, may last up to 7 days on a single charge.
